Bug Cinema Issues: September 2015

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 6:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

still getting black screen after being able to watch 1 or 2 movies.

6 - movie 5 above replayed and worked fine - received reward

This happened from 7:57 pm to 8:14 pm EST 9/14/15 -- converts to around 2:00 am 9/15/15 CEST
Using Google Chrome with updated flash payer

1) After watching a few videos I got a black screen, but my Flash and Shockwave Players had been updated to the latest one yesterday. Had the same problem yesterday even after the player updates.

I am able to see the videos, but it is "offset", so that I have to close out the entire window, rather than just the movie. Not a big deal, but with the other issues, felt it needed mentioning. (and I cannot do screen shots, sorry).

I am in the US. My ID is 50837712 (but no need to respond, its not a big deal to me) Using firefox and up to date flashplayer, etc.

 

1) Something about a secure connection failing. I tried to watch a movie in Firefox and got this as a pop-up. I know some things had changed so I went to Options, Advanced, Certificates tab. I unchecked the Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates box. The movies seem to work after that. After I do the movies I check it back on. Thought maybe you should know. The movies work fine in Chrome.
