What is wrong with cinema? For the last few times I'm able to watch a movie but the movies stream one after another, I watched 2:50 mins commercial and after it another one started and then another.... Are you expecting us to seat and watch 30 minutes of commercials for the 15 movie points? BTW, I did not get any points after I closed the window after 2 commercials.

I am sorry to hear the movies are longer than expected, but there is nothing wrong with the cinema, and nothing we can do on this matter. You are not expected to sit and watch them, this feature is an optional feature available to players, however, nobody is forcing you to use it.

I'm sorry but you didn't really answered my question... It's not about seating and watching or how you said forcing to watch but really about the program. If you go back you can remember that we watched 1 commercial (no matter how long) and after that we got movie points. Are the rules changed? How come you are streaming now more then one commercial? I've seen 3 different commercials played back to back and at that time I pressed 'X'.

I just performed a little experiment. I started to watch the movie.... As I explained before it was streaming different clips, it total there were 5 movies, which after watching them all started looping. Movie 1- 02:50, movie 2 - 1:08, movie 3 - 2:15, movie 4 - 4:04, and movie 5 - 1:21. In total i watched for over 11:30 and at that moment movies started looping... so I could be watching them for hours and in the end never get even once 15 movie points.
I do not believe that this the the optional features players want to see.

 

If you could send us screenshots showing this matter, it would be great. If you could also explain the transition from one movie to another, it would be great. Does one just start and when it ends, another one starts playing? Or is there an interactive screen announcing / inquiring about the next ad?

Today clips played in different order but the issue is still the same. Same 5 clips played one after another and then start looping after clip number 5. There is no gap or any interaction with the player when one ad ends and next starts playing. You can just see the counter going from full time of the first ad i.e. 04:04/04:04 to the beginning of the next i.e. 00:00/01:07 and the clip starts playing. I have taken screeenshots of today's issue. Please let me know where to send them.

I tried to post the screenshots but your instructions are for images on the web. I have images on my hard drive i.e. c:\clip1.png by default your site adds http:// in front of my link. How can I post the image from my PC?

You are not able to post images directly from your computer, you need to upload them on an image hosting site first, then include them on the Forum. ​
