Clarification about loyalty reward

    Hello,
    The FAQ for the loyalty reward says you get a package if you've been playing more than one year, but you don't qualify for anything if you registered in 2017. What do you get if you've registered in 2016 but have been playing for less than a year? Or does the system only look at your year of registration when calculating bonus packages? I have a newbie ex-chick who is in this position.

    Hello Shimmer,

    The calculations are from when you registered with the Game. If you have been playing for less than a year, you will not qualify for any of the special Loyalty packages this time. We are uncertain whether the Base giver will be awarded to all players, we have asked for clarification.

    Can I assist you further?

    ~edit~ Players registered in 2017, will be able to collect the Deco item from the news page, but will not receive any of the special packages. The info has been updated here.
