Clarification for Drop Buffs

    I previously asked if there were any buffs that increased the event drop rate and was told that there were none.

    Now I have a similar question.

    Are there any buffs that decrease the event drop rate?

    Example: If I have a buff that is active that increases the drop rate for tools will it decrease the drop rate for event drops or will it make up that additional 5% awarded in tools by taking it from some other drop (salt, sugar, etc.)?

    Hello nm56,

    No, using a buff that increases one type of drop does not decrease another. All drops are independent of their own drop rate.
