Clarification Mill- Cancelling Production

    I don't mean to be a pain (just my nature), but does this also mean, if I have produced 3 out 5 Power Feed (using the NL example) and decide to cancel, that the already made 3 Power Feed will not be released and the crops reimbursed instead?
