Clarification of sorts?

I am correct in assuming that if we have a technical problem we are to start our own thread in the technical issues section of the forum and not post/reply under someone else's thread? I understand that at times we may be having the same trouble as them, but it still needs to be reported separately so the mods will know who all is having issues?

I'm not blaming anyone, just asking a question.... I noticed that others had commented on my post about the Cygnus stables. I didn't want those players to miss out on their seashell prizes due to not posting in their own thread.

Yes, we prefer each player to post their own thread so we can help each individual player individually, no matter if their problem is the same. We kindly remind players to not hijack when posted in another's thread. Also we encourage player's to check each Help section to see if a similar problem is occurring rather that flood the Help sections with the same problem. If it is something major that is effecting many players, an Official Announcement is usually made and then updated once the problem has been resolved.
