    Hi,
    Sorry for the confusion. I'm very sorry I originally thought my account could be checked when I posted but I didn't word my request properly. I was asking for help regarding my account but it came out wrong - I had not been able to get any contact for several hours. When I am locked out of the game I am also unable to contact support or access the forum for help. I found when I was able to post that I could access the game so I felt that if my account was checked at that point it might seem normal because at the time I am able to post on the forum I am also able to access my game. I was very grateful for the feedback from another player as I have felt very alone the last few hours but my intention when I posted wasn't actually to ask other players for feedback or start a poll in the technical thread (I am sorry I haven't made much sense, I am very tired, I have been trying to login to harvest every 15 minutes and its the middle of the night now). I try not to use the ingame support after a friend was banned after being told she was dishonest when she didnt take screenshots and got confused about those silly Christmas calendar BBs so I have relied heavily on the forum and have been really grateful for all the help from you guys.
    I have been really concerned about the viability of me continuing playing going forward. I love this game very much and it has really helped me through a difficult period in my life but it has been stressing me out a lot this year. What I wanted to know (if possible) was if the ongoing issues I have with lockouts, freezing, crashing computer and general errors is because I am in the group mentioned in the MAC standalone client announcement who has an older Macbook (5 years old). I can access the game at some times, I can do some things but it very variable and very unstable and often affects my whole computer. I am sorry. I realise I phrased my request badly and from the answer I realise it was not an appropriate question. But you did help a lot thank you. Knowing the issues only lasted an hour whereas I have had had issues over the last several hours lets me know that it is probably an ongoing issue with playing the game on my hardware. Thank you Moderators for all your help, patience and support while I have played. I am not able to use the email ingame to contact my neighbours to let them know what is happening with me. I try to login everyday and make sure I send them presents. I have probably messed up again and posted in the wrong part of the forum but I really want to let them know why I suddenly disappear or not return their messages. They are far too wonderful to be ghosted or worry about me. Thank you Elimeno, Puppiesnponies, carmen, ladybug, spotsbox, alberta, belladan, QueenieB, Kethryangel, lilahvale, rivak, zerodegrees, Sanddollar. Thank you for being such great neighbours. Your kindnesses has meant the world to me :)

    Hello Megan :)

    I'm also sorry if I misunderstood your post. You said you had gotten an error message and unable to log in but by the time you posted, you had been able to access your account for 30 min and posted you did not need help but wanted advice from others. At this time, I can see no technical issue with your account.

    We all understand that these last few months have been hectic and stressful trying to find the best way to log in to our farms whether it be Unity WebGL via browser or the Standalone client that you download. We also understand the disappointment players will have regarding the MAC announcement.

    As you are still able to access your farm, we hope that things will improve as the Game Team continues to work on issues.

    Much of what you describe is what others have reported they experience as well, but those things should get better. We can only encourage you to keep trying different possibilities to find what works best for you and your computer. If none of the suggestions help such as using a different browser, making sure it is the latest version, clearing your cache and cookies, reducing game quality and animations in Settings and closing other programs that are running that use up a lot of CPU resources, then the issue is most likely your hardware and or internet connection.

    Thank you Farmers Almanac. I didn't mean to do the wrong thing. I appreciate all your help. I know you guys are volunteers and are there at all hours and give help to many people. I have been very grateful for all the forum posts and help you and the other moderators give. I read them carefully and always try to apply them as best I can. My computer might be too old. I am sure things will get better for everyone with time, thank you for everything. No further questions thank you.
