Clearing fields, without/with refresh etc etc

Good morning,

I have been patiently waiting, from the time of the new stand alone, for all me to be able to clear my fields all at one time. Without having to close the farm with the X on the stand alone exterior (because the game is frozen, and it will not recognize it's exit procedure). Is there a way to refresh while still having the game open? Or will I always get frozen before all the fields are cleared/harvested? And pretty much have to open another browser, or Google and hit refresh there a couple times, then go back into the farm and hope whatever was not working is now working.

Also, the farm has gone back to not showing when a crop is finished. My main field showed the event crop the same as I left it when I went to bed last night. Like I had just put it in the field. Also if I eyeball my fields, for a top or a bottom, the bottom looks like it's growing while the top looks like it is behind the bottom (but they all show the same harvest time). This started happening in the last few days (week?). You have a lot of events going on, but you need to make sure the farm still works on the basics!!

Next, thank you for keeping all the crates together (when I use them), so I don't have to keep scrolling after opening each one!!! However, now that that has been fixed...now my buffers (200%s, 100%) are going back to the beginning (when I use one), and I have to go find the section (past the crates) that those buffers are found. Scroll, scroll, scroll is still the name of the game. This happened a few days ago, so maybe some coding issue when the new challenge was added???

Hello BonbonQueen,

To refresh the Standalone Client, you can simply use the F5 function. I have cleared your server logs to see if that helps with the game lag. Please close your farm then try logging in again to see if that clears the display issues.

To find what consumable you are looking for, it may be easier to use the search function.

I appreciate the clear of the server logs. It has been my experience using F5 does not give me a refresh result. I will hope for better in the future.

I hear your suggestion for finding the consumables I want, however, they all used to be found side by side and it did not require me typing in a search, consuming the searched item, typing in a search, consume the searched item, type in a search......I prefer it the way it was last week thank you very much.

If your suggestions have been exausted, you may close this thread (and pass the word on to the script writers).

You may notice the difference now, since the issue with the Crates was resolved. If it was due to the bug with the crates, it may work as intended now. I will pass on your concerns to the Game Team.
