client failing to load

    hello, since the updates my client app will not load. the login page opens , input user name and password then after about 5-10 seconds the client closes down!
    i can run the game in my browser fine on my pc with windows 7 and firefox but not my android tablet.
    i prefer playing in the client program as it runs smoother than in a browser. i just cant get the client to initiate with your server.
    i have uninstalled and reinstalled the client app several times, downloaded latest version from webpage...nothing will work.
    i have been playing this game from the begining and put lots of real cash into my farm so am very reluctant to quit now... but if i cant get a resolution to the client problem i think that will be the end of my journey playing this game as you have now changed the specs for browser playing too with the new format being used.

    Please make sure your antivirus program is not blocking the client.

    When you uninstall the client, please restart your computer before reinstalling it.

    You can also try to turn off animations.

    animations are always turned off both in browser and client, cant be doing with all that movement going on.
    i have added the farmerama exe program to the allowed list of my antivirus, still the same problem.
    it opens, add user name and password, spinning wheel then app closes.
    it seems to be the update. the app runs to the input details then it update sto version 1.3.3 then closes

    so i have uninstalled client and antivirus, restarted, installed client....same problem. installed antivirus, set permissions...same problem.
    running task manager whilst loading i can see launcher initialising, farmerama.exe*32 running, cmd.exe*32 comes up then everything shuts down.
    the problem is obviously the launcher app is not initializing or talking to the server. this is not a problem with the antivirus as i have the same issue when i do not have any antivirus installed on my pc!
    i cant think of anything else i can do to get the launcher to talk to the server.

    Have you also tried a browser and have you tested https://get.webgl.org/webgl2/? Otherwise you can contact support for more assistance.
