Client Will Not Open

    Hello,

    For the past few days, the client program will not open with this account, even after repeated attempts. However, the client does immediately open for other accounts on the same computer.

    All updates have been installed, caches cleared, and the computer and modem have been restarted. ( Client is version 1.3.8 )

    I just tried to submit this to the Support page, but it keeps saying 'Error - try again later'.

    Please help me remedy this issue.

    Hello kara_cool,

    Have you tried using a browser to see if that opens your game for that account? I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

    Hello,

    Just tried the client again for this account, but it still will not successfully open. I can open with a browser, but there is a significant lag, which is why I use the client. This issue just started a few days ago (Thursday maybe?). Some accounts now work on the client and some do not, all on the same computer in succession.

    Unless you have any other suggestions, I guess the only further assistance would be to notify the Game Team/Support that there is indeed some sort of log-in problem that has manifested itself on the client application side (rather than the user side) of the game within the past few days.

    The Game Team has suggested that when uninstalling the client, you can try to use a third party uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller to remove leftover files. I'm not familiar with that program so I can only pass on the link to the CS forum that has a FAQ to show you more information.
