Cloud Row Harvester

I haven't seen anyone else post this issue so I don't know if the problem is on my end or not.

The cloud row harvester is behaving just like the harvester in the MM field. I have to close the window on whatever field I am on and then reopen it in the clouds or MM field for it to harvest (and reseed/water). Additionally, there are times that does not work and the harvester in the clouds tells me that it is inactive. It does not register there is time remaining. Finally, when closing on the field I am on and opening again in the clouds does not work, I have to refresh multiple times a day for it to 'reset' itself. I have cleared everything and this occurs across both farms. I use Opera and Chrome for these farms. I used to use Firefox but for some reason, the browser freezes on the news window and nothing fixes it.

I didn't report it the first day because I assumed it was the same glitch for MM and since you already know it is misbehaving, I thought it would all get fixed at the same time. However, on the chance they are not related, I am hoping you can point me in the right direction.

I'm a little baffled by your post, the CR harvester is seperate to the field harvester and only works in the clouds. The feilder harvester has no effect on cloud rows.

I am sorry for any confusion. Let me try again.

The problem began at the same time the harvester in the MM field was misbehaving. There have been posts indicating that the harvester must be closed and reopened on MM in order for it to work. The response has been that the team is aware of it and should be fixed in a few days. Here is the post. And another.

The problem is very similar with the cloud row harvester. When I try to harvest my cloud rows, sometimes I have to close the harvester window on the main farm for it to work. It tells me it is inactive when it isn't. I typically have the full month subscription going but right now am using my coupons. I cannot harvest the cloud rows if I have left the window open on the main farm. Sometimes it is fine if I close the window and then try again in the clouds but other times I have to refresh for it to work at all. This occurs multiple times per day.
