Hi, mod, yesterday, I found my clould row position on favorite row had changed alot.
I arrange them mostly according to time & some of my habbit,
However, I don't know what happen on the BP system to made them become a mess
The worse is this morning, I used around one hr to move them back to my favorite position
Now, just login to harvest CR, discover some of them position changed again.
Would Mod pls ask Technical dept is they know what happen & they are going to fix it out!

    Hello Neddy38,

Have you tried clearing browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that helps?

    Can I assist you further?

My pc had broken down. recently, I paly farmerama by i-pad install the apps "puffin".
I'm not sure what you mean about " Flash cache"
I just clear all browser information list on Puffin's set up
like browser cache, cookie, flash memory..everything on the list.

However, after clear all & login game, my cloud row still just keep the same position
    as I post this question.
May be I should be glad that it had not changed back to yesterday big mess , but still had
    around 10 row moved.

I think that it should not be my machine's problem.

I had the same thing happen to my cloud rows twice yesterday, but they are fine today, so far.

I too had this problem and I also had the stuck rows, when a row would not move. I think something was done (by BP) to unstick the rows that may have reset the positions ino some sort of default state. My rows all move up and down now and I have got them back to where I want them. Everything now seems OK - for me at least!

I have had issues with stuck cloud rows for months. Two days ago on April 1st, all my cloud rows were completely shuffled but I was finally able to move all the cloud rows back in order with no stuck rows! Yay! So far they have stayed in order...keeping my fingers crossed. LOL

    Thankyou all for your assistance.

The instructions for clearing the Flash cache can be found here. As mentioned, the rows may also have moved after the improvements/bugfixes went live.

Have your rows managed to stay in place? Can I assist you further?
