cloud rows missing

I think I had 2-3 of the cloud rows from Septemberfest 2015. They are not showing up on my cloud rows. Know I remember the event I was rather good at it.
I really have no idea when they went missing but they are. I do not even have 1 ep item of the cloud row that I bought even though I know I at lease bought a few items in that quest.
But they are not showing up at in now in my inventory at all now. It's like I never even did the dang quest when I know I finished at lease some of the items and cloud rows. This does need to be fixed a.s.a.p. Oh yeah I wanted to ad this just in case there is a good excuse why this has happened. I have not traded in a trade event in ages so i know I could not have gave the items away not to mention the is no way to trade a cloud row off. Oh wait thats right the item and cload row fairy stole them now I have go fairy hunting to get back what is mines lol. Hope they catch that dang thing finally it terrorizes to much. lol

I can find no logs for the cloud rows, only the sticker from that event. I have searched to see if you have any of the decos placed on your field/park also , but could find none. Could you have it mixed up with another farm?

No i don't have another farm. Besides it is suppose to be against the rules but alot of other peopleI notice has other farms or claims and Im pretty sure they do not have the permission for. And that is what I am saying on of the ep stuff from that event is any wheres in my farm when in fact i know i bought some of the items and at lease 1 or 2 cloud rows for that event and i know for sure i had every item for at lease one of those cloud rows already put on that cloud row and its all gone.
The cloud row its self only way you can find any information about even is from the event itself which in fact is the Septemberfest 2015 because someone hasn't updated the cloud row facts in years. I know I did some of those cloud rows I am 1000% as I am 1000% sure I bought some of the items for at lease one of those cloud rows I am pretty positive I had the gold cloud rows and the items for it maybe even the silver one. This is just so so wrong of having my stuff just go away like this.
The sticker is showing up still at lease I wonder how long before the goes missing as well Im pretty sure I would have bought more then just a sticker from that event. Because usually any kind of event where you have to use some kind of coins or what ever to buy stuff like cloud rows items and what have you I usually get the sticker last unless of course I have all ready gotten a few items and can not afford any more besides the sticker.
You can not imagine how upsetting this might even be for me atm (at the moment) when something I worked my but off for trying to get and I know I had at lease one whole cloud row including items just go missing like this. I never even attempted the quest when I know I did I even have a sticker to say I attempted it which I would have not bought till the last day of the quest since I would have not been able to get all 3 cloud rows from it.

Edit it I wanted to add that me and my husband both play this game and we do share the same computer sometimes he is even my witness of doing this quest

 

There is nothing in the rules about not having multiple farm, the rule is they must not interact with each other. Your account seems to indicate another farm regularly plays from the same IP address as you, hence why we asked. But as you say, this is your husband.

As shooger.sweet stated, there is no record of you having participating in the Septemberfest 2015 event or having any of the items from that event. I'm afraid I also can't find the sticker for that event. You appear to have no stickers for any events prior to December 2015.

I had all of my stickers that I could fit on all 8 pages filled. So I removed all my stickers from each of my 8 pages. At this point my whole sticker book stickers should all now be in its proper place. Can you now look again? It just little od to me that it wasn't showing up even for you. But removing them from my pages and putting them back into where they belong should help you better for if you try to look again. Please do.... Thank You!!!
