Cloud rows not loading

    Hi, it's taken me ages to get into the game - kept freezing at 55% - and now I can access the cloud row screen but none of the cloud rows are loading.
    I have cleared my cache.
    Please advise.

    EDIT: I went in via the Bigpoint website and it works now, thanks. You may close.
