    is there a list of xp items that you can or cannot put on a cloud row?:)

    The only items that cannot be placed in the clouds are decorative items and some limited charge seasonal gifts.

    how do i know what is limited charge seasonal gifts? i have many xp items i got a long time ago that i have trouble placing in cloud rows.

    If you hover over an item in inventory, it will show a description of the item. Limited charge items will say so.

    Here is an example:

    Additionally, upgraded EP givers cannot be placed in the clouds.
