Cloud rows

Could you direct me to where I am able to read about the changes made in the cloud rows? I do not understand exactly how they work now. And I am not getting the pop up window that tells me what I received from the rows when I try to harvest them. The items for this breeding event magically ended up on the proper row. I have an unfinished row of scare crows which I can't find now. I needed the skipping scare crow.Please help me find my scare crows too. Help! Thanks you

You can find the Magical Beanstalk FAQ here. Can you provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to harvest a row and you do not get a pop-up? Rows are divided into categories, to find your scarecrow row, you could try checking the "Incomplete" category tab.

Okay I checked out the FAQ. The arrows on the rows are not explained in the FAQ. I only have animal buff rows. I used the harvester and got the pop up with the crates, CCs, etc. before but now I am not getting the CCs or breeding animals like I did before. Please check my rows. I don't know how to send a screen shot. I just completed the event with the boat and can't find it showing on my cloud rows..........the items do not show in my storage either. Help!

 

The clouds are sorted into categories. You must have the "Animal buff" category chosen if you are only seeing these rows. The Harvester will only harvest these rows if you are on that tab.
To see and harvest all your other rows, you need to click on each category of rows you wish to harvest, or click on the "All rows" tab:

I am missing the number 10 icon on my stalk. It used to be there but now it's gone. Could you please have tech check? I thought the bean stalk had changed because that icon was missing and now I have little arrows on each row's icon but they do not do anything. Please check with tech. Thank you.

The arrows that are beside each cloud row's icon allow you to move the cloud row up or down the stalk so you can sort them in an order you prefer (for time, specific buffs, etc). You will only get the popup message that gives a summary of the rows you have harvested if you use the harvester. If you harvest your rows manually, you will not see that pop up summary as you see each row's reward as you go. Though you may not see the pop up summary, you are still being credited with whatever the rows reward (EP, TEP, CC, animals, buffs).
