    I have 3 empty cloud rows & I can't put anything on them - One is the Harvest row & I don't know what the other 2 are for - please let me know. Floridasolve 1404513

    Hello Floridasolve,

    Do you mean those on your first page of cloudrows? You cannot place anything on them before you own them. The harvest event row is rewarded only to those who rank in top 500. For the two other rows there seems to be a sale going on, but as you own one of the rows included the package, you cannot see the sale to buy the remaining two. That's why you cannot place anything on those two rows.

    Guess not but it doesn't make sense. I don't see any sale going on & I don't know which row I apparently bought - I know you said I can't see the sale to buy the remaining two which I don't understand - why can't I buy them?

    That is because the package which is in the sale includes 3 rows and you own one of them already thus you cannot see the sale nor the package, but those 2 other cloudrows included in the package are shown mistakenly. Let's hope they find a way to make it less confusing for the future sales.
