    I also have difficulty in getting cloud rows to load. It takes about 5 minutes or more,
    and has been going on for a couple of weeks now. I have done the usual clearing etc but to no avail. Would you be kind enough to clear from your end. Many thanks

    Hello, I'm sorry to hear you are facing issues with loading cloud rows. Would you please provide your game account user ID number so that we can clear caches from our end to see if that helps in the issue.
