    i have just won the cloud row in the latest event and it has appeared but i cannot add any of my items on it 8510785 thank you[i have plenty of items but they dont appear]

    Hello farmergill1945,

    Have you tried refreshing to see if items can go there again. Not all items will go in the clouds, some of the newer daily gifts and upgraded items are excluded.

    Can I assist you further?

    have taken some items from my other clouds and they seem to work so thanks for the help 8510785
