Coconut Issue

    Hello I had a problem with opening the 3rd coconut. I was logged into the game all day doing event crops and 6 rounds of plume pools but my coconut was never available to open. Now, it is too late to open the coconut and I have missed out on the cloud row! Please check my logs and see that I was logged in and playing the game all day. Help please!     Hello Moo-Moo,

    Despite being logged in, if the coconut was not collected, there is nothing we can do - if you had a problem opening the 3rd coconut, you should have reported it to Support the same day, and please do so if it happens again. After the midnight comes, there is nothing we can do to unlock past coconuts, I am really sorry.
