Collecting toolbox gift

    I received a toolbox as a gift from a neighbor. I can not figure out how to collect it. What do I do?

    Hello ephanners,

    You will find the toolbox in the "Decorative Item" inventory under the "Consumables" tab. You need to click on the "use" button to open them and receive your tools.

    For some reason they're not even showing up in there. Thats what i tried at first.

    Hello ephanners.

    Toolboxes from your neighbours are automatically added to your tool inventory. Tools from Cloud Rows, Farmers Society Quests, Chicken Egg Pet, or Events can be found in your decoration consumable inventory.

    I just said i looked there. Ive even tried resetting the game.
    I still am not seeing them in my consumables in inventory.

    All of my other consumables show up there. for some reason though the toolboxes wont. Ive had 3 or 4 sent to me now though and I really need them.
    I just emailed support. Im figuring its probably a technical error because Im doing exactly what you both said.
