Comic 8 toolbox reward Miss

    Hi, I find that I had 10toolbox on deco tab, I understand it will change to toolbox
    reward when I finished Comic 8 step 1
    But when I finished step 1, the 500 toolbox does not appear. sometimes I could
    find the 10 toolbox on deco tab.But next time I login, not a toolbox find. next time
    I find 10 toolbox on island . So, I think maybe I need to clear my cache and login again.
    The the 10 toolbox gone but 500 toolbox still not appear!
    I am sure that I had not open the toolbox. So, pls check if there is any bug &
    something happen on my farm

    Hello dnin21cent :oops:

    The 10 toolbox items appearing occasionally are accidental and misleading, being the tools harvested from the Chicken pet - which I can see in the logs that they were added correctly.

    However, regarding the comic 8 tools, I can only confirm that you finished the event and you should have gotten all the 500 tools on 2015-03-27 at 03:30:17 CET. You will need to contact our Customer Care Team to report the missing toolbox because we are not able to verify it or do anything regarding this matter :( I am sorry. But I am sure Support will assist you further.
