Comic event start time?

    I know there is a new comic event starting on the 10th (for the date of the 10th in Germany ) but i cant find a start time, as the message board says that Fuzzles gives cup cakes 12 hours before hand and i want to be able to save my daily spin for then. I live on the other side of the world and am 10-12 hours ahead and need a strat time to be able to plan a head.
