'Comic series' Events

I have never complained about anything at Farmerama. But this time i have to protest. I am stuck on 1st room and confused by so many threads regarding this event and do not know what to do. I wasted more than 90 min. on the forum reading threads while clock is ticking. None of your solutions to issues worked for me. I never lost the clock and neither the clock resets itself after reloading the game. I am left with 27k points and 6:30 hrs. I took all the measures regarding my system. Nothing has changed and I'm loosing materials. Not to mention the time and energy we pour into the game. I want to enjoy my weekend and have no time to explore forum for more info. We are human-beings not machines... Shame!!

What should I do?

Could you please let us know exactly what problem are you experiencing? It sounds like you still need to gather 27.000 EP in the next 6:30 hours. ​

As I mentioned clearly, i earned 27k EP by 2 times harvesting and now there is only 6 hrs left to finish the first stage. On forum, I checked OA and unOAs and I found out about the issues many ppl are having. Some had clocks reset some suddenly found themselves in room 2 of the event and after reloading the game they were back again in room 1. I know tech. issues can happen but this time it is so confusing. I also read about the bonus codes for compensation. How can that be? Anyway, tell me how in the earth can 60k EP collected within 24hrs. Is there a bug preventing us to get enough EP? Is that why scripts were issued along with apologies for inconveniency? Apparently, system gives less amount of EP that it was supposed to give. Last night I used CACs, PFs. and other buffs before I go to bed I even planted on swift meadow because the EP that event gives is never enough to collect the required amount. And no, 27k + 27K = 54k and requirement is 60k. So i can never complete the first stage. No one can. That's why so many people are frustrated and that's why Farmerama will issue bonus code in a week time. None of those multiple scripts could help and I am stuck on first stage. I also want to know why my clock was not reset and if one cannot provide 60k EP what will happen. Does it mean end of this event?

Not every player was affected by the event bug with the first room. Only certain players had their event timer reset, because (!) the event appeared to be completed, without them choosing this. So, they were forced to move to step 2 after a particular harvest, and they collected the partial reward for the first room. This has been undone by scripts, players were moved back to step 1 and their timer was reset, to allow them to complete the first room, if they wish to do so, instead of skipping to the second one.
It is possible to collect the 60k EP in 24 hours, using buffs, boosters, etc - but this is something you need to discuss with your fellow farmers as we cannot give advice on strategy. Many players can complete the first step easily, and any player can skip it and collect partial reward, to move on to next quests. The compensation give should be highly appreciated ! because we are the only Bigpoint game who, ironically, has the least bugs and problems, yet gets the most compensations - we are truly, honestly, lucky to have such an amazing team!

So, your clock was not reset because you don't have any problem. You were not affected by the first room issue, everything is working fine on your account, you just need to work on improving your strategy if you wish to complete the first step, or skip it and avoid wasting time.

I am glad that I didn't have issues. But that was not my issue and one very important point remains. Those players you mentioned must be unemployed and have no jobs. It is easy for them to do so. It has nothing to do with strategy and has all to do with amount of free time one can spend on a game. As a matter of fact, there is no 'Comic series' so far that i missed completing except for this one. But I feel free to say that Farmerama does not represent a fair game anymore since 2013 and people do not feel freedom of speech on its chatroom and that's why they prefer to chat via other channels while they're playing this game. A fair game is a game that takes all kind of ppl/players/users under consideration (fathers, mothers, kids, elderly, working ppl and unemployed etc.) like American games. Otherwise it would be a discriminating game specially developed for a certain group of members of different communities. Do not forget many of us living in so called 'democratic' Europe.

But this is a debate that doesn't belong to this thread. I thank you for being professional person and taking time by responding to my thread in a difficult time. I really appreciate that. This thread can be closed.

I don't even know what to begin with

First of all, nobody is forced to finish an event. This has been perfectly taken into consideration, hence the tiered rewards have been given for partially finishing the first room of the event. Players would still get something - and that something is not a small useless reward, it's actually quite good So the Team is well aware of this, and that some players would have limited time, and came up with something that I dare to say - amazing. Second of all, would you consider "fair" if someone who spends 15 minutes on the game, gets the same rewards as someone who spends 4 hours, and as one who spends 12 hours? I think the word "fair" should be looked into from another angle

As for the chat room - excuse me, but when was the last time you have used it? The chat is extremely free and open for everyone, but sadly - empty. Most of the time. Freedom of speech? We cannot discuss this since you are in a public game where everything is supervised and you need to follow the rules you have agreed with when you have registered. However, it is funny coming from one of the players who have used the chat more than most of our entire community I do miss both your friends, just as much as you do, and I am 100% sure that neither of them have stopped playing the game or using the chat room because of the chat rules, but due to their real life.

I am sorry, but I feel your accusations are uncalled for, and I am not sure where they come from, but if you would like to address them, I am happy to continue this conversation with you - in chat, or on the Forum. "Difficult time" or not, we're here to help, and no problem or issue is too small, they all get the attention they need.
