    I didn't receive the compensation pack being offered. Is there a reason why?

    You need to click the "Claim" tab available on the News Page. Try refreshing your Farm if you do not see it.

    Thanks for the response. I am just logging on for the day. I checked again today and the megaphone tab is still not available for me to open.

    Oh! Ok, I guess I was just clicking along in a hurry and didn't notice the pack at all until I logged into my mother farm. Thanks and sorry to have wasted your time.
