Compensation packs

Both packs have +1 crop on event field. I have redeemed both of them. I believe the 1x1 plots should show now 4 but I see only 3. What happened?

The first package gave a +1 for 48 hours. The 2nd package was to compensate for the 2 hours the game was down at the start of the event and gave a +1 for 3 hours making the total time 51 hours for the buff.

Thinking same thing, so NOW I understand (yes I also look that bonus from "barn" and look that "3 from small plot" in eventfield) but "OK" it is in progres! NFH to me

 

Well, unfortunatelly I'm not happy with that. It should be announced with the complensation package #2 that it just adds time. The event crop with water and manure goes down to 4 hrs which is more then +1 for package #2.... so in some situation I'll not be able to use it. It will just expire wasted.

 

I'm sorry you are not pleased with the compensation package or that you feel the announcement is not clear. My apologies.

Some players had claimed the original compensation package just before the game went down. The 2 hours lost while waiting for the game to be restored caused a great deal of frustration for the players, so BP added 3 more hours to the buff and machinery to not only match, but exceed, the original plan for 48 hours crop bonus. This 2nd package was really only intended to replace the lost time for time related items in the first package.
