    Login issues seems to have been over for several hours now and you should be able to login again.

    If there will be a compensation we will update everyone via announcement as soon as time comes.

    I'm having issues as well. I was able to log in before lunch with no problems, but beginning around 2 PM Eastern Time (US) I've had nothing but trouble. It took multiple tries over 3 hours to be able to log in again just now.

  6. Wildcat, I've had multiple problems in the last half hour; Apart from the irritating repetitive 'privacy notifications' which are in English and German when logging in and logging out. Logged in, nothing showing in the fields, logged out (privacy arrrrggh x2) logged (privacy ditto), everything back. Switch fields, click on the meadow all that happens is it comes back to the farm map. Log out - log in (let's just accept that the privacy thingy is very annoying).

    Back to normal, except that it isn't. Click on the beanstalk all rows missing, log out - privacy - log in - back to normal. Go to Magical Glade, all completed trees and stables etc not showing completed crops or animal marker. Log out - privacy - log in - back to normal.

    It is normal for now, but the experience of the last couple of days is not giving me confidence it is or will be sorted - making the farm almost unplayable. When you say login issues are over for now that obviously doesn't include the repetitive privacy notification which show so many times on log in and log out.

    I do realise (experience talking) that you are merely giving us what the techs tell you and you nnd others are doing all you can. So thanks for your patience and courteous responses, and I do assure you the frustration showing in the post is not aimed at anyone.

    But a really big pretty please with pink bows and sparkles - get the privacy notification issue put at or near the top of the tech's to do list.

    ps: just been on to my Baharama field and trees are still showing fruit to be harvested, after being harvested (and the trees when clicked, show clear bar) The good news (I'm sure you'll be happy to know there is some), the fields look as if they are playing nicely - harvested and resown without a problem.


    However, with all the problems I've had, I think I'll just call it a night and toddle off to bed.

    I understand completely your frustration and please believe me, share it.

    The issue with "privacy notifications" is separate with the login and loading issues we have faced this weekend. And unfortunately we just have to be patient and wait for that to be solved. Let's hope extra notifications will disappear soon.

  8. No, not really, it's not possible to get into the farm, I got past the log in screen, and logged into the forum from there. However, it's now twenty minutes at 86% and I feel really sorry for the poor sheep in the wheelbarrow, I think he's semaphoring 'get me out of here'.

    WildCat all that's left is - thanks and pass on my thanks to the rest of the team, I really do appreciate how you all deal with players,so courteously. It's not easy being at front end, when there are a lot of frustrated players, especially when the problems are beyond your control. I have enough experience to know that what's happening is a result of issues that are manifold and complicated to resolve. Therefore, please thank the techs for their hard work in trying to sort out the seemingly never-ending issues, I do know they aren't sitting twiddling their thumbs).

    I'm still having the extra privacy warnings, fields ready to harvest but looking like they were freshly planted, and the EP counter not going away after collecting the points. Reloading the game didn't fix things. It's 9:25 AM Eastern Standard Time (US).

    Unfortunately we need to wait for the resolution for extra privacy warnings and display issues. For the EP dispay issue cleaning browser caches and cookies should work as first aid. If you are playing via standalone client, then please start your own discussion thread in technical issues with your game account ID.
