Connection Issues - Data collection / Status

Greetings everyone,

Thank you all for the details provided so far. We could use a little bit more help, from those of you who experience these problems and have some technical experience: Please uninstall your Flash player, then download and install the Flash player with debugger. Whenever your game freezes or there will be an unexpected problem, an exception error message window will appear. When this happens, we need a screenshot or at least the text content of the error. ​

You can find the Flash player with debbuger here: https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html . Remember to uninstall your current Flash Player before downloading and installing the debugger. ​

I don't have problems with the game but this forum has been a bad experience for me from the beginning. Sometimes a page will load immediately, more often the 'wheels will spin' until I get the "connection was reset" page.
Quite often, when opening a page from a link in the forum which is set to open in a new tab, the new tab won't have the url of the page showing, so, if the page-loading times out, I can't reload.
It does seem worse at times of high activity - like now!

I'm in the UK.
I have XP & use Firefox; it and all add-ons are up-to-date.
I have tried Opera, IE & Chrome with the same result.

Incidentally, when I click on 'https://board-en.farmerama.com/' it defaults to 'https://board-en.farmerama.com/index.php'.

The Forum address is meant to change in the address bar, so that is ok. Also, when there is high activity, it is "normal" for the Forum to load slower. But you should not experience this anyway. Thank you for the details.
