connection problem

    Hi I have been having a problem getting into the forum . It just spins and then states
    that this page can not be displayed. I did send a e mail note to support with my ID# and
    never got a response. I would like to know what is going on because getting into the forum
    is important to me. I have tried many things and it has not worked. Could you please
    help me . Some of my neighbors are also having this problem . I do have a few issue on
    the main game with delays.

    Since you have contacted already support, and you have problems with the Forum, please continue discussing this through e-mail with Support. If you have received the auto reply at least, it means it was sent successfully - you should have been assisted already so please reply to it and ask for an update - if you haven't received a reply or auto-reply, then please try filling in the form again. If you don't manage to, then please let us know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, and more details about errors you are seeing - or is it just lag?
