For the last several days I have had problems logging in the game (while flowers are spinning, I get logged out), logging into the forum (error msg says webpage is unavailable) and today I have terrible lag. I have been using IE, Chrome, and Firefox. It is impossible for me to check on a different computer but everything that is recommended in normal troubleshooting has been done and all programs are up to date.

I have just kept the game open as much as possible to avoid not being able to get back in but sometimes still lose the forum. I don't know if you need to check specific accounts or if it is a widespread problem but I can provide my ID to my other farm if necessary. I just don't have it in front of me right now.

Is the rest of your internet working right PnP ? it could be a issue with your internet provider as well might pay to give them a call

 

Hi frogs! Thanks for the suggestion...all other internet activity has been going fine. The only problem has been the game. Not really complaining...just trying to inform the team that there are quite a few players having similar problems.

There are no reported server / game issues, so the issue is most likely elsewhere in the net.
Your account was checked by the techs & some magic dust sprinkled, let us know the situation improves / gets worse.

donpo, you need to open your own thread, it is against the rules to hijack another player's question thread.

 

The game still freezes often prompting a refresh. The harvester is not working at first click (or 2nd). I have to go to another field and then come back to find that it either did harvest (pens are ready for cleaning) or that it did nothing so that I have to harvest again. I do wait in between actions in case the system needs time to register what I am doing but it is still taking longer than normal.

Thanks for checking the account. I have done all the troubleshooting steps so I do hope the magic dust works.

I am sorry to hear that this time my brief visits did not help any of your accounts. Could you please give us a status update a little bit later? Did the situation improve after today's update? Worse? How often are you experiencing problems?

Update:things are slightly better as far as navigating but still having frequent freezing, needing to refresh a lot, trouble with harvester delay, missing pictures of buffs in the buff window and pantry and numerous attempts to get into the forum. It has been slow but I have managed. I am going to be logging off for the night in just a few minutes and can provide another update tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the visits...you may need to stay longer than briefly. Curl up by the fire, help yourself to some hot chocolate and stay long enough to get warm. Tonight's temps are going to drop into single digits and get close to 0. Brrr. Now that it is a new year, perhaps your magic wand is out of fairy dust and you need an upgrade?

Good morning!
I have harvested both farms using Chrome and Firefox. I am pleased to report that things are much, much better. I can navigate easily to all fields and the harvester is working like it should (but you should see the repair bill!). So far I have not had problems with freezing yet this morning (except outside is ...it is 3 degrees...brrr).

What I am still experiencing is missing pictures of buffs in both the buff window and pantry...I have to hover over the blank space and wait for the tooltip to tell me where my EM is and it is not close to the front so this takes some time. This is only happening on pnp...BW has lovely colorful pictures of everything in the pantry. The other thing I am still experiencing is trouble getting into the forum. I get the same error message that JJenks showed in her post and this occurs not only when initially logging in but when trying to refresh to find new posts.

Thanks for passing our issues onto the team and let's hope they can find the problem and fix it. Since the team is now aware that the problem is not isolated to our individual computers, you may close this thread.
