Contact Form Is Not Working For Me

    Certainly.

    In attempting to send a message via the contact form, either the send button will not activate when pressed, or the Capcha code is not accepted and reset.

    Regarding the Island Farm Work 101 event, I completed all levels for "Ms. Macaw" and received the Thirsty Flowers gift, but no Farm Crates. I was unable to click the Finish button to complete the level. It looks as if I had done no work, yet items were shown as turned in.

    So...I redid the level with all levels finall shown as complete. Unfortunately, I have lost items turned in, including a Sack of Fruit. I did not receive original farm crates on my first attempt. I lost the opportunity to turn in at least one level of items for another character.
    Please help if you are able. Many thanks. :)

    The Team is aware of the issue with not being able to send in a Support inquiry. Hopefully, that will be fixed soon.

    Thank you for your ID.

    Your logs show you completed all the training for the Parrot and were correctly awarded the corresponding rewards.

    You also received the lootable rewards when you woke the animals up after resting from training.

    Some of those rewards included Baha wonder trees, wonder trees, CC, stars, Power Feed, Turbo Mulch, EP, etc.

    Regarding the Sack of Fruit, you milled 2 and donated 2 so none are lost.

    My main issue was that I had to repeat the Parrot training twice to be able to finish level 4.

    If you are seeing something else, there is nothing more that can be done. This is only a game after all.

    Thank you for all of your hard work during this challenging time. I appreciate all that you do.

    I'm sorry but I only see you completing the training once.

    You began training the parrot on 20 July.

    You completed level 1 on 21 July.
    You completed level 2 on 22 July.
    You completed level 3 and 4 on 25 July.
