    Not sure where else to put this problem. I opened a contact form, then realized my problem was resolved, but I am not not able to open another form.

    Are you referring to a Payment support form? In this case you cannot open more than one inquiry, just one per transaction. You will need to wait for a reply from the Payment Department and your inquiry will be sent. If it is a general support ticket, you should be able to reply to the auto-response received - but I assume it is not the case.

    My apologies if I misunderstood your inquiry.
