    I send message to support team 2 days ago and I didn't received any answer.
    How long I have to wait for answer? Should I send a new message?

    If you did not receive an email confirmation, it means it did not work.

    Can you send a new message using this link. After a few moments, check the your email (the one that you signed up to the game with) to see if you have received a confirmation email.
