continuously disconnected from the game

Since the change to BETA I continue to struggle to play the game.
I cannot log with my favorite browser, Firefox. Only Edge works, and only part time.
I am continuously disconnected and I have to relog up to 5 times per session.
Many features, works only on and off.
the day before yesterday I was unable to collect my daily gift. The button never turn green nor responded, even after I relogged in.
Often I cannot buy items from the game. I have to relog several times before I can buy from the game instead of from the other players.
Game is very slow to log in, even though, we just changed to a new internet provider which is 10 times faster than my old one. No improvement at all for me.
My laptop is less than 10 month old.
I have not seen any progression in the functioning of the game in the last 6 weeks. I just got a note from a player in the 200 range, that tells me he has to quit, because most of the time he cannot log in, and is giving up.
Even to write this message I had to relog.
I also could not reply to the note of my neighbor. The keyboard would not write.
there too I had to relog.... it is getting very old.

I cannot understand why you are unable to use FireFox to play. Are you able to try Chrome? Are you using Windows or Mac?
Are you able to try the Standalone Client to see if that runs smoother?

I understand your frustration, but the Game Team are working continually to improve the Game.

i am using window10.
i was always playing on Firefox with flash and had very few problems. I tried the stand alone version once, but did not like it and i uninstalled it. i do not want to download the program. On Firefox the loading stop with the little lambs pushing the wheelbarrow. it shows 100% but never open. I have not tried Chrome, as I do not care for this browser.

 

If you are unwilling to try another option, the only thing I can suggest is to make sure your browser is up to date and clear your browser cache and cookies.

If you post your user ID#, I will also try clearing your server cache to see if that helps.

Shooger, sorry I'm going to butt in here to add support to OP's statements regarding Firefox. The game played very well on Firefox in both Flash and Unity until the day we went to Unity only (Flash terminated). Firefox would never load the game again, stopping exactly where OP's game stopped - before you even ask, yes everything was cleared and browser up to date. We cannot be the only 2 players with this problem. ok, I'm out of this discussion now. thanks for reading

 

We have many players that are able to play using the Firefox browser, both on the EN and other language sites. The Game has hiccups and is not perfect yet, and we can only suggest that you try another option as you may be more successful in playing a smoother game.

I have cleared your server cache. Please close your browser then try logging back into the Game to see if there is any improvement.

i have cleared my cache, you have cleared my browser, I have a new high speed internet access, and a six month old laptop, but in spite of everything I still cannot play the game on firefox, my favorite browser. I can play on Edge, but the game still freezes often and I have to refresh several times per session. There were no improvement at all. As I explained before, on Firefox, the game start to load, and stopped at the little running lambs. It reaches 100%, but never opens. I am sure it is not from my side.
Please let your techs knows, that firefox still does not work for many players.
At this time I do not need any further assistance. I am sorry the problem is not fixed, but I thank you for trying to help.
