Could not get into the game

Today, 21 July, I was unable to get into farmerama for about 9 hours, from about 1900 UTC until 0400 22 July. It would load to 55% then stop. It would stay there until it eventually logged out. I tried all the standard fixes, but none of them helped.

I have been having trouble logging in for several days with it stopping at 55% for several minutes before completing the log in, but since others reported it I didn't report it.

When the page remains stuck at 55%, try refreshing the tab - that might help load it fully afterwards. Did the standard troubleshooting steps you took include clearing your Flash cache? This is very important because if the game is hanging, following these steps should resolve the issue.

If you are still unable to load the game, please let us know the browser version used and the Flash version installed. If you would have the chance to try a different browser as well, it would be great.

Yes, I cleared everything. Now I can get in, but it still takes several minutes. I updated the Flash player, but I can't say what version it is, sorry. Thank you.

 

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version? Have you tried using a different browser to see if the login takes as long? You can check your version of Flash by right clicking on the Game screen and choosing "About Flash Player..."

It's still slow, but it's a lot better. It still hangs up at 55% for a few minutes, but at least it loads.
