Country Coins not credited after opening crates

    Several times over the past few days, I have opened crates without having the country coins credited to my account. A minimum of 4 million CCs were not credited. Would you please check into that issue? Thank you.

    For the month of September, your Crate logs indicate you opened 1 Crate O Country Coins that became 100 CC and 3 Crates O Country Coins II that became 1000 CC each. Your CC logs show those amounts being credited immediately upon opening your crates.

    In addition to the Crates O Country Coins for September, you've also been credited CC from Crates O Holly Bushes, Crate O Emeralds, Crate O Wacky Animals, Crate O Fertilizers III, Crate O Farm Supplies VII, Crate O Farm Supplies III, Crate O Supplies X, Crate O Conway's Goodies, Crate O Fertilizers II, Crate O Supplies V, and Crate O Farm Supplies IX.

    Each crate log awarding CC has a corresponding CC log showing a credit.

    Do you have any more specific details about which day or which crate that did not award CC? I'm not able to find anything missing.
