    Hello farm24,

    to be able to craft workshops and upgrades, you need to visit the Workshop Building in the City. It is identified with the #2 on this image:

    The City: Global Overview

    1. Farmer's Market
    2. The Workshop
    3. The Movie Theater
    4. The Shopping Center
    5. Billboard (Removed from game)
    6. The Farmwheel
    7. Farmer's Society & the Event place
    8. The Bank
    9. The Premium Villa
    10. The Post Office
    11. Personalized Items Shop
    Each workshop that can be crafted there will let you know which tool and how many it will take to craft a specific workshop or stall. To craft upgrades, you will also need tools and coloured/breeding animals.
