    not really an "issue" ... just something i'm unclear about.

    Right now, I'm a level 4 Confectioner & I want to open Alchemy.
    From reading the FAQs, it looks like all I have to do is spend stars at the tree & complete a quest?

    Hello swCactus1,

    That is correct, you need to open the Spa and Alchemist trades from the Tree of Wisdom. You then need to complete the associated Quest.
