    I just leveled up my confectionery trade to level 4. When should I be able to buy the carrot apple chutney recipe at the supply store?

    I so misread your post! Yes, as Päärynä mentions below, refresh the page and see if it appears. My mind was 'at the beach' when I first read your post:music:

    I think it's sometimes it's on sale in Pirate's Cove, but I've been buying CAC in the Market when the price is low, so that's another way to get it.
