Crate glitch

Not receiving all my crates' rewards: When I have more than one of a particular crate and I retrieve them from decorations, I only receive from one crate no matter how many more I may have.
Latest examples: I had 2 crate o' loves, but received only the item from one, and the other crate disappeared. I had 2 crate o' birds, but received only one bird, and the other crate disappeared.
This is happening repeatedly, for different harvests on different days.

Can you fix this, and retrieve my missing items from the various crates, please?? I have lost quite a few!!

Edit: I just received/harvested one more crate of love. Please disregard this last one as it was a single and I received the reward for this one.

You will only receive 1 pop up for each set of crates opened (up to 100), so for example, the 3 Crate O' Birds opened would have listed all 3 rewards on the same pop up.

I had 2 crates of love - When I harvested the first crate, it gave 4 pheromones. I see that it may have combined them, giving 2 ea.
**This is not good, as it can be confusing as to what each crate gives, especially when the crate can give either 2, 4, or more pheromones each.**

On the 12th, I had multiple crates of birds(I don't remember the exact number of them) but received only the 1 white fronted goose. I remember this as I looked for the others, then wondered if it had just upgraded the goose instead - but did not think that likely.
I also would have accumulated more than 1 crate of birds in 3 days (from the 12th to the 15th), as I harvest my cloud rows first thing when I log on, off and on several times a day.
Something is amiss.

I received the listed things on the 11th. It appears that the problem began on the 12th.

 

From your logs, the two Crates o' love rewarded 4 pheromones each. When multiple crates are opened, the total is shown, so this can be confusing to know exactly how many were awarded per crate. You are welcome to post in the Player suggestion thread for this to be changed.

Yes, I want the issue with the birds looked into further, as I am losing resources. However....I cannot contact Support as that requires email - and my email has been unobtainable since Google chrome decided to make changes to their email accounts.
I have been trying to get it back ever since, (and it has been a while) - to no avail - as I cannot access my email!! Yes, I have reported it, more than once, but their "help" requires email to receive their answer!! It is a ridiculous conundrum, and I cannot find where else to report it.

Please, if you can help I would really appreciate it.

 

When did the email issue with Google chrome start?

As the cloud row has a 48 hour cooldown time, these records match how many crates it has been possible to collect in the dates shown.
