    Is there a reason that I cannot open the Crate O' EP II item?

    Hello SheilaB,

    There should be no reason why you cannot use the crate. What happens when you click on the "use" button whilst in your consumable inventory?

    Please close this thread. The crate opened after many attempts, refreshing, etc. The "use" button was not responding at all at times. Other times, a window pop-up asked me if I wanted to open the crate, then nothing. Thanx for your assist. :)
