crate o Farm missing

I harvested the fully upgraded camel deco, but no record of either EP or the crate appeared. I harvested it first, curious to see what I would get. To check, I harvested the rest of the items with my harvester. Those EP/TEP registered, just not the crate.

There are no records of the Crate O’ Farm Supplies being booked. You will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you further.
Can you please update when you harvest the deco next so we can check to see if it was a once off error or if it awards the prize properly.

I just harvested, got 3675 TEP. I forgot to check before. I don't think I got products, but it could have been 6 boards. the time would be just few seconds to a minute or so before this post

 

As I saw no logs of the crates being opened, I double checked your inventory. You have 3 "Crate O' Farm Supplies in your Deco inventory, which can be found using the "Consumable item" tab. You need to click on "use" to open the supplies.

They still don't seem to show in the record at the bottom of the screen, but if they are in my inventory, then that is what matters

Have found two of the the three crates at the moment Shooger ...If things change again ...I will make another thread
