    I can't seem to find them in either Baja or Main inventory. Could you please help me?

    You have 4 Crates O Neon Stables in your inventory. As Paaryna11 has stated, you will find them in your Decorations Inventory under the Consumables tab. You can type in "Neon" in the search box to help you locate them easier.
