Crates opened without gaining items

    Hi there,

    My player number is 54899213

    I just started the great chesse mystery game today and won the 10 crate o sweet things and 8 crate o pretty things - I opened them both and none of the items have shown up that I can see specifically tickets and a lemon tree, I don't recall the rest of the items.
