    How do we access our crates? The only option I see is for decorations.

    There is a new tab near the decorations for the reward crates

    My builder tabs do not look like this. My ID is 9002799. Can you please check and see how I can fix this?

    You have click the inventory crate on the left side of your screen. There you will find the tabs I showed above.
    I looked in your account but all is correct there.

    I guess the update wasn't clear to me about how you access it. I thought it would still be accessible from the builder tab.
