Credit card info' gone?

    Hello, I went to the bank to buy some BB's and my credit card info was gone/blank...I know that this has happened to not just me...anyhow can you tell me who deleted my info'? I will also miss out on the extra BB's (from purchasing) for keeping my CC account intact.

    We haven't had any other reports at this time. We will ask for clarification from the Game Team. If you put in your credit card information again, does it stay in your bank or does it disappear again?

    Hi, While I was putting my master card info' in, I was notified that this is not a secure area, didn't it use to be secure? Have never seen this notice before, so should I be removing my info' thus meaning I will not benefit from the Extra BB's?

    To answer your question, I was able to put my CC info' in and purchase, I logged completely out then back in and my CC info' is still actively there. Of course no bonus BB's.

    There have been some updates to the payment methods. If you have any concerns I would advise you to contact support as we have no access to payment details. The details regarding bonuses vary from region and payment method, so I'm unable to comment on this.
