    I wanted to pay with a credit card to get the package, but it didn't work. Is there a payment problem in the game?

    Have you checked that the card is still current as it may be outdated if you have have it stored on file? Can you explain in more detail what error message you are getting.

    My card information is up to date. In the incoming message, it was stated that there was a problem with the payment and that I had to choose another payment method.

    Is it a rechargeable credit card? As I can not help with credit card issues on the Forum, Are you able to choose a different method? If not you will need to contact Payment Support from the Bank to see if they can assist.
