Sorry, the extra day doesn't work, still not going to finish this one. First event in a while that I haven't been able to finish, and although I spend a lot of money on the game, I'm too annoyed to invest in the baskets needed to finish this one. An 8 hour crop on such limited space and the horrible drop rate does not make the ridiculous requirements plausible for me.

I'm also getting event burnout because there have just been too many back to back and concurrent (and even competing, with the drops and the resources and the time) events and even the most dedicated players have real lives and need some downtime. Give us a break, literally and figuratively.

I totally agree sanddollar, I'm level 123, using CAC and still struggling. >:( I don't see how I can finish.

I do hate this double event thing. To stressful and it takes the fun out of the game.

I agree that two events running at the same time makes the game stressful and less enjoyable. I like events just space them out a bit more please.

What I also find incredible is that someone is developing events for us which are impossible to complete doubling the stress and causing annoyance. Whats the point? I have maximum MM play area open and with 22 hours to go and after a lot of hard work the final part of this challenge is simply not achieveable. Why have developers released such a lovely and interesting event to leave players deflated due to the poor lack of drop items? It wasnt even classified as difficult. I have even asked my five chickadees to send me candle ladles and still wont finish! Disappointed would be putting it mildly. Sorry to sound so negative but this lack of drops in events is happening way too often.. Unfortunately I cant play the game on Wednesdays during the day so the extension doesnt help, I only started doing it after checking the start and finish days/times!

yes I note this event is classed as "medium" difficulty so a lot of players I note started it only to find it is "impossible" difficulty. I have the maximum area of the mushroom field open and I havent even started the fourth and final stage of the challenge yet and I havent been slacking, I am on 1x1 fields using CAC and water. I would also like to add that I had all the normal MM crops required for the event already in my barn. The drop rates and crop amounts of the other event are achievable but this one is not. I think it is also unfair to extend the event by 24 hours as a lot of players gave up the event when they assessed the poor drop rates and must be very cross they didnt know it would be extended. I dont understand why it wasnt tested and who categorised it as medium difficulty, sounds like a big mess up there much to everyones annoyance! I too agree that I would like less events so I can concentrate on all the Farmers Society Quests without keep ripping up my farm. Two events running at the same time is a big no no, its horrible and not fun at all. We used to get longer gaps between events so we would look forward to them and have time to do other normal farming in between and I would like a return to that please.

I'm not happy to see so many unhappy farmers over this event but I am glad I'm not the only one struggling. I have given this one my all and I am no where close to finishing it. Short of buying the drops needed I don't really see how anyone could have. Admittedly I don't have the mushroom forest open but that does not look as if it mattered as many farmers who do are also finding this an impossible task.

It's a shame there was such bad planning as I think most of us look forward to any extended MM event. The event crop itself is very cool looking and the givers and CR are worth having if one could actually obtain them.

I also dislike having concurrent events running especially when they involve the same resources. I elected not to do one of the events for this reason unfortunately I chose the impossible to finish event.

How about giving us a minimum of 48 hours between events? We might be able to actually get some regular farming done that way.

How about going back to one event at a time? Then when you have an event on MM do it at a time different from the Full Moon designated time? I believe there is noted on the calendars "First Quarter, Last Quarter and New Moon".

I agree that "FUN" is being designed out of the game, no matter how interesting or visually appealing it is. Most players are, in some format, "goal oriented", that's why we like TM games or events. The" FUN" is being removed from the game, and from not being able to achieve the "goals" or finish events, at least for me.

It has become apparent to me that the multiple event strategy is not only abhorrent to the players, it is also taking it's toll on the game developers. The extension of time and the shortening of the event crop time, show that none of the developers had a clue if this event was doable ! And yet they persist with making us attempt events with one hand tied behind our backs... this buff won't work with that crop... blah blah. I bet if you were town planners, you would be putting speed bumps everywhere, with this mentality. Stop trying to make us fail ! This type of game only succeeds if your players succeed when we play it.

Again another event I enjoyed. But again I feel the difficulty rating is a bit off. I have almost all of Mushroom forest open, and I do try to not have too much idle time on the MM lands. I would have made it within the (old) time frame, but just. That for me tells me this is a hard event. Not a medium one. Drop - I have a sneaky suspicion the drop ratio increased. As others have pointed out, the lack of long growth crop, makes it harder to gain drops. Also I think the trophies still can't be placed on the lands, if so - that too should indicate this should have been labelled Difficulty: Hard. I know Bp wants us to spend money, but for a lot of us the challenge & fun is to finish without buying baskets/extra drop. And there is a lot of freemium players too. So please try and make the difficulty label to match the experience of the players, and not just use an algorithm without engaging the little grey cells.

I tend to ramble, so....thank you for the extra day on MM - we always need extra time to tend to those fields/animals - as we can't even get needed items from the market....the main issue is the drops - I detest drops...they are pointless, we have no control over them, and are the culprit responsible for unfinished events - yes, we can plant long crops to get a few more and they are something we can gift our neighbors...(I would rather gift 5 or more of the event crop, possibly) ...and with back to back events with barn burning requirements, we have no time to replenish...I do understand that we can pick and choose which events to do (but then we have to deal with withdrawal:oops::eek: o_O:cry:) and the variety appeals to different levels etc - I see that...but the drops either need to go or make sure we have plenty and perhaps don't give us cc's or ep's for any leftovers...in my very most humble opinion ;)

Another one I won't be able to finish because there are not enough drops received. Still need around 300 with only 9:23 remaining.
Same as Big Swirl -- I am not going to nuke my 1x1s to get enough drops.

As suggested before if you have enough Event Crops then you should have enough Event Drops to finish Events. Some players would still have an advantage because they have more fields open but this would make it fairer for all players.

ODD -- This event ended 11 minutes before MM ended? Was that as scheduled or did someone just decide to put an end to it?

I don't think that I could have finished this event even if all of the Mushroom Forest was open. Couple hundred drops short. I have most of it opened. Also, wondering about the last 2 events (Big Swirl and Creepy Dinner) -- how do some players have hundreds of drops in excess when others (like myself) are short by a couple hundred when they say they are not doing anything special -- just planting event crops and some long terms overnight?

I don't care what the drop rate is on the next event because I won't be doing it.

Thumbs down on this one. Grossly misrepresented difficulty rating. Everything has been said in the comments above.
It's hard to believe that anyone takes this feedback into consideration at all as the same things keep happening over and over again.

Looks like I'll be almost 200 drops short by the end of the event. That's over 200BBs in the shop. For a cloud row that gives 10000 EP/TEP/CC? Grossly miscalculated effort to payout ratio. I guess SOMEONE is buying those drops from the shop, but not me. Now, if the CR was something exclusively spectacular or something, maybe, IDK. But it just isn't.

If, however, the ever higher demands are in pursuit of higher sales, I wonder how that's going for you, BP? Because they say you catch more bees with honey, or so I've heard.

On a positive note, I now have new givers for my haunted manor, yay, it was looking so empty...

I did manage this event and have nearly 100 ladles left. I might not have finished it if the event hadn't been extended. While I did enjoy this and the opportunity to work on other MM FSQs, there was far too much going on at any one time. It was difficult to get away from the computer - my usual habit of "just popping round to see if anything was ready to harvest", before trying to return to other RL functions, turned into a groundhog day repeat cycle! :wuerg:

I see lots of unhappy farmers: too many events, too many overlapping events, too many events at the same time, wildly elevated requirements, in particular drops with atrociously low drop rates. I will repeat what I have said many times: those who buy will buy whatever, those who might buy will probably stop buying if this continues and those who never buy will just mark down another event they can't finish. -.-

New farmers will not stay if they can never finish anything. :(

Not much is needed to make these events enjoyable - space them out, make the requirements reasonable and when it states that the drop rate will be increased - increase it! 8)

And it ended early!!! I still had 7 minutes to go and couldn't put in the final skull candles for the level where I had already donated crops. When I refreshed my screen (at 6 minutes) my remaining skull candles were already traded in.

Unbelievably mishandled ending to an unbelievably disappointing event. Congrats BP. Disgusted.

Laureiel Im glad Im not only one who noticed that, wondered why extra crops and drops were exchanged before event finished. BP are certainly coming up with new ways of treating their customers. I very much doubt we get an explaination

I must add my agreement to what others have said here:

    1. Too many back to back events
    2. Bad drop rates that even extra event time couldn't counteract
    3. Higher and higher requirements to force players to purchase items to finish
    4. Programming the fun out of events

:( I was very disappointed in this event - no fun. I did not purchase items to make up for the low drop rate. Therefore, I did not finish.

I am sorry. This is supposed to be a free game. I understand BP needs to make money. I understand we can choose NOT to do any events. But to me, the purpose of doing extras like events is to help our game play. The CR's no matter how useless or useful they are, helps us to a degree. But to say something is free and it is NOT is misleading.. And is NOT a good way to keep people playing. You want events that makes us PAY... Then give us a CR worth buying and say it is a paying event... WARN us and NOT mislead us.

The event is now over. In fact it ended before time... Many players and me also had a chance to get another step... NOPE didn't happen.. our left overs was exchanged while timer was STILL going. This event was a nightmare in my book. Even with the extra day.. the drops was just NOT there. Now while I did work at it with the extra day thinking I could get the CR, I gave up because lack of drops..And never fails someone or something is causing the drop increase at the last few hours of events... This needs to STOP and drops increase rate need to be changed at the START of events...People plan while events started.. They go by the FEEDBACK... You , BP saw these feedback and you did do one thing... But the other you did nothing.

To many events and the stress which you gave us from these events is dragging this game in the hole. BP if you that hard up for money do more sales, make a paying event.. it is NOT hard to set up ways to get money.. Just please STOP lying to us. Now while many new farmers can't use their CR. Least when you say event is EASY, they can get it and it will be waiting for them when they open the beanstalk. Also you need to change the way you mark these events... just because new players can have the crop at level 3 does not make the event easy... Stop going by levels to get crops to mark your events. A easy event would mean a level 20 player should be super close to doing a event...while level 50 players and up should be able to do within a very short time with all the buffs/CR's and stuff like trophies they have opened.

BP the event graphics are great and at times the prizes and the CR's are way awesome. But really I think you need to slow down these events and do some back reading as you BP are way way behind in reading FEEDBACK THREADS. Or am I and many FARMERS right in thinking you just do NOT CARE???? I promise you this... If you don't care BP. neither will us farmers. Have a great day.
