    Is the only way to get a creepy willow through a lucky strike from the cats ? Seems a bit random when you need them for the challenge to open the field up ?

    As joanc123 has stated, you can redeem spooky crops in Jack's shop for a creepy willow tree.

    Available in Jack's shop for: 1500 Abominable plants, 1250 Doll's eyes, 1000 Blood ferns, 50 Nightgleam orbs
