Yes!!!! Finally BBD has been declared
It was a good decision to wait for this mini event I'll start breeding tomorrow

 

Whether playing the Cry Babies quest or the Baby Boom quest, be aware if you are not as yet: Pink Jelly is a buff that gives 50% less breeding time when using the special breeding pens. When used with Pheromones, breeding time for "colored animals" can be reduced to a total of 11-12 minutes! I'm thrilled I found it. : )

 

Finally completed the event and will be able to concentrate on Breeding FSQs during the announced BBD! (Get that mill cranking out PF!)

Yes, absolutely. You can also shorten growth time for stalls and workshops with other buffs. If you have your artists village open, check out the craft items for sale in the market to see what all is available. If not, you can be gifted the items or win them. I think there is a full listing of buffs somewhere in the FAQs, but I get lost looking for stuff there.

 

It gets even better if you have Cloud Rows that shorten breeding time. I think it comes down to about 4 or 5 minutes!

Downsides of that is the PF and Pheromones disappear in a jiffy and you can hardly keep up with the harvesting lol! But who's going to complain?

I realized soon enough that Mir is right and that what my brain saw in that image was completely absurd but I was just either too busy at work or too lazy when getting back home to write a reply.
I think what confused me initially was the fact that the image came right after the big bold "what is special about this event" and BAM! my brain went into overdrive , it's a bit embarrassing really. Sorry if I contributed to anyone else's confusion

 

I have 31 Paint Factories and want to get them to 127.

In case you ever want to get rid of one or so, I will happily find a place for it.

 

I ask my neighbours to send me Toolboxes ONLY. And no Pheromones or Wilsons...

OK, I finally got answer why you need endless toolbox.

 

Agree with President Bhodho in that toolboxes can be very useful. Here 29 paint factories, 27 sawmills, 41 Koi ponds and on and on. Yes it takes tools. A call for tools is long overdue too!

Pheromones are good to give effectively give ccs to another for only the use of a daily gift.

Wilsons ....... hahahahaha With many farms I can bombard another with Wilsons at anytime for many days. Great for new players and those who have space in their park. Some place them in cloud rows.

Never want another toolbox left here or O U T!

Good uses of them though for some.

 

Just trying to speed read all the posts but I am not going to finish before I have to get ready for work so just had to reply to this one.

I somehow managed to make loads of CCs from the last event, giving my little farm a little over 5 million (now dwindled to less than one million due to my inability to stop shopping!) and a whacking 16 million on this farm. Saw two Golden Hens (two Turtle Doves - no sorry, couldn't resist!), one at 6 million and one at over 10 million! I ummed and ahed and decided it was a good buy - I don't see many of them go on sale in my markets. Maybe I could sell on at the higher price (though that commission puts me off) or save it for my FSQ (though after what Brooke said, I don't think I will do it too soon!).

So my Golden Hen is sitting in my barn too - making all the other chickens jealous!

Note to self: Stop wandering into the Breeding Market!
